7. For Members Who Join a Chit Group

If you're a member joining a chit group on this platform, please note: Western Sparrow is only the software provider. We do not create, manage, verify, or control any chit groups, transactions, or people involved.

Any financial arrangements, agreements, disputes, or communication are strictly between you and the organizer of your group. We do not provide customer support, mediation, or oversight for those matters. Use the platform at your own discretion and responsibility.

We are not liable for any losses, fraud, delays, miscommunications, or conflicts that may arise within or around chit groups on this platform.
